A strong independently owned regional brokerage operation is seeking an experienced operations manager. This is a great opportunity to join a stable insurance broker that offers vast potential for a successful career.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for oversight of the firm’s daily operations including; sales, marketing, human resources, finance and information technology. Reporting to the CEO, your past brokerage or agency senior management experience will help lead company initiatives and will have an integral role in strategic planning and implementing the company vision.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive knowledge of the P & C industry
• Retail brokerage management experience
• 5 + years experience in brokerage operations
• BA/BS
